Ok so this one time,  I made a stupid mistake and bought a Husky 450 dirtbike.  I did some maintainance on it at work.  Let a couple of buddies ride it down the road.  I noticed that it had some clutch issues, mainly just worn out.  So put that down on my list of crap to fix.  Well end of the day came and I went to load it up into my dodge sitting on 315-70-17s.  Started up the ramp and stalled it almost in the bed.  Backed down and decided I needed a little more of a run at it.  Hit the top of the ramp and said OH $H!T.  Bent the back of the bed into the cab and almost busted the back glass out.  The only thing that kept me from sailing over the cab was holding on with my legs and arms.  So bike tips over and im hanging out of the bed with just my leg pinned under the bike to keep me from falling onto my head on the pavement.  Lots of fun.

One time at crash camp....... I was on my YZ80 and this kid pulls up on his dads quad and asks if I wanna race. I says "yeah sure, lets race to the top of the hill". He says "ok". Well we start racing and he's beating me pretty good, but I'm still giving it my all. That sumbitch gets up to the top and stops. The hill is at least a 45 angle and 50-60 feet. I wasn't able to see him until it was to late. I hit the back of his tire and bounce off of him like a bumper car at the county fair. Me and my bike go flyin back down this hill tumbling and rolling. I laid there for a few moments to make sure I was still alive, or at least till my buddy got down there. I finally got up and made it back to my bike. It was jacked up bad, handle bars bent, forks were bent, clutch handle broke off, front tire and wheel wasted. I luckly didn't get hurt besides the usual scrapes and bruises. I pushed my bike all the way home, crying most of the way about the damage to it. I was 10 or 11 back then. Good times, good times.

This one time at crash camp..... I just bought a TT175 and was ache'n to take it out. I call my brother, tell him to load up his 3wheeler and meet me at the river. So I load up and roll out. We meet at 7eleven and fuel up, drinks and all. Go across the street and unload. I start up my new sweet a$$ TT175 and go about 15 feet and start doing donuts. I'm looking good get about 4 in and I hit an embedded rock with my back tire. It flings the bike the other direction and before I know it I'm doing a face slide on gravel. Yeah ..... ouch... (That was the day that convinced me helmets are sweet). So I get up, dust myself off, and walk over to my not so sweet bike. The leftside of the handle bars are tucked into the stem. "Well hell now what do I do". I grab that f'er and pull up on it and I'll be damned if the handle bar snapped right off at the crossbar. I'm holding it in my hand by the grip with the clutch handle still on it. Now here's the great thing, I had broke my left hand a week earlier and it was in a cast, so I'm not gonna use it anyway right? Your damn straight I'm not. I grabbed some duct tape and wrapped that sucker up to the crossbar and rolled baby. When I stopped I would throw it into neutral and when I started I would push the clutch with my cast. Genius right? :grin_nod: Later on that day we ran into some friends and they had thought that not only did I wreck and tape up the bars, but that I had somehow wrapped up my hand in a cast (well at least for a few minutes) Goofy f'ers :grin_nod: :grin_nod:

I've got's more...

midwest raptor rally at badlands: End of the day, "downfour' and myself go for one last hillclimb, i had done it before, biggest hill they have. Drops off on the back, so you have to let off before the peak. He goes up, i follow. I thought I saw a flag so I let off...in second, back on the gas....killed it. OH SH*T!!!!!!  Sliding 50 yards at what seemed like 30 mph. Kept her straight til the bottom. Then rolled in slow mo. About 20 people watching. Only busted  the PB sensor(which should be removed anyways)
Oh, and my wifes new digital camera. And cracked the visor on my helmet. I shudder to think what would have happened had I not worn a helmet!

few days ago i was on the drive way playing on the ice on my dad grizzly 350... Ended up picking up some speed and slid into the dry part sideways  flipped it over and just layed there for a while thinking about how dumb i am

I'll admit to caving in the back of my cab.  My window had a crazy bow in it but never shattered.  My truck sits kind of high so I thought I'd hit it with just enough speed to get it in the bed.  Brilliant.  I hit it with just enough speed to keep the front tires airborne until I hit the cab.  Note to self:  front brakes only work when the tires are on the ground.

That was the first time I loaded it in my truck.  I go a lot slower now.  :(

Rolled it once when trying to do a U-turn on the face of a dune at Little Sahara.  One of those, "Hey, this will be cool!" moments.

My last crash was at about 45' from the staging area....  I dumped the clutch, front end came up started working to the right a little bit.... I wanted to stay in it and I did until I hit the tires lining the track and up and over I went.... I rode on top of the tires (stacked about 3 tires high) until I slowed down a bit then just rolled over off the track....  Hundred or so people watching and when I got up the bars had ripped my pants all the way up to my crotch..  Just bent the right rear fender and left a white spot where it stretched the plastic a little bit...   The track we race on starts out not hooking, but as the night goes on she starts hooking like crazy....
