We don't have much excitement here. We had 36 sets of 20's stolen a couple of summers ago.

The local PD came and wrote a report.

I found a rental receipt walking the lot after it happened for the rental truck the fuckers used to haul the wheels off in between two trucks that had the wheels ganked on. I called the police, and had to take the paper to them.

Searching ebay at work, we found 20's on sale on Ebay, locataion: Fort Smith, AR.

$1000 a set with tires.

Quantity remaining: 34

They busted a bunch of Laotian kids for the crime after buying a set on Ebay.

Laotian kids in the south?  Talk about culture shock.

Most Laotians and Vietnamese people here are refugees from the Vietnam War. Their parents and grand parents were brought to Fort Chaffee after the airlift, and never left town after finding work in local factories, etc..

There used to be serious issues with blacks and asians fighting withing the city, now it's the hispanics and asians fighting.
