i don't know how you make yours but sometimes i get this french vanilla cappuccino mix stuff at the store.

and i just take some ice cubes, put them in the blender and crush them up, then add some milk and the cappuccino mix and blend it all together until it's really smooth. it's the bestest stuff ever.
