Only if you wanted it to taste like cough syrup.

Rum mixed with fruit stuff goes down much easier in my opinion, but you could substitue vokda if vodka was your drink of choice.

When making Jello shots you are suppose to put 1oz of your choice of alcohol to 1 box of Jell-O.

For a smoooooth as rum, try Appleton Estate (Jamaican) it's $20 per bottle.

If you want to spice it a bit, go with a spiced rum. That's good with tropical fruits (Passion fruit, etc.). Cruzan Rum (St. Croix USVI) flavored rums are good too. The Coconut, banana, pineapple, cherry, are all the shiz. We mix Coconut rum with pineapple juice or Sprite. It's very tasty.

Medical style syringe, the type with out the needle.  Look for 10ml to 20ml, anything bigger can be to much.  Suck the stuff up in the syringe throw them in the fridge then hand them out at the party.  You can soak them or some can go through the dish washer so you can use them again later.  You should be able to find a box of 50 for about $15.  Find them online or at some medical supply stores.

A guy at work does this every year at halloween, he goes as a mad doctor and hands them out all night.
