i went wider because of the reason you said, to space my hands out more when lifting it up. but now with my barkers the peices that come back towards the mounts from the outside of the bar are really close to the muffler cans.

If it kind of kills the looks. I'd say go stock size then. That's why I kept my stock one. I originally wanted the Pro-Armor Race one  (not the stock styled one) but I saw it on one with duals, and just didn't look right. to wide.

Co workers.......that should be getting something done instead of coming to my office and trying to convert me to Obamaism  I don't mind a good discussion about politics, but not at the work place on company time. I'm sure some of them do their share of door to door harassment as well
