Had it positioned too high (needed to shorten the turnbuckles) and the bar needed to be much larger in diameter along with a few other changes needed but here's a pic of how it initially looked.

Krandall

how do you have those bars attached to the main bar that's hooked to the frame?

Flat stock welded to the main bar, bolts to the bumper mounts.  Just hidden a bit behind the bumper, hard to see.  If a fella could rig a set of clamps to work with one of the existing swingarms that'd be best.

Edit: I meant swaybars instead of swingarm...using a commercial product and making a mount to fit it.

Guess it depends if you like powerdercoat and anodized metal or chrome.  Though rath does have a carbon fiber one out now that I see the website and durablues have gone up in price to about the same as a rath.  Still no 700 or 660 listing for the swaybars though that I could see on their website.

Are you guys pre-loading the sway bar?  If so what do you have for weights on each corner?   I'm still on the learning curve for sway bar adjustments...

Here's some pics I took last night of my home-made sway bar and mounts,  It's not the prettiest but it works and cost me about $30.

I painted my a-arms and sway bar with Rino-lining and I can't believe how well it holds up!  Looks decent and is rock-hard.
