Leave everything loose then make your adjustments and tighten.
You will be able to get it a little higher.

I noticed with mine i got the one end cap turned and mounted in the wrong hole. It gave the exhaust the appearance of being crooked but was just the end cap turned. its just a suggestion to look at

well guys i took it out for a ride yesterday. and i could seriously notice a difference between my old hmf and the barkers. wow. tons more power then the old pipe. i think though that i'm just going to break down and find a dyno to tune it. because when i would be on the deceleration it would die if i didn't keep tapping the gas. i have turned the idle up numerous times so i don't think i should keep cranking that up. and i have to build a new grab bar because my custom one is way to close for comfort at the tip of the barkers. but all that aside i'm a very happy camper with my new exhaust. again a big thanks to Tim Barker and everyone that works there.

Do the new clamps fix the 'crooked can' problem the old clamps were notorious for?  Looks good - especially on a '07 SE!

i think it might help a little. but my left can is still a little crooked. not to bad though.

I honestly like the black a lot. Good Job.. Maybe Tim@ Barker will keep these on hand...

The only problem I see in the future is chipping & color fading due to the debris and heat.
