I was worried about the same thing myself. I wont be there till 8am (if Im lucky) on Sat. 

I might need a parking lot voucher. There's a good chance I'll be pulling a trailer.

Usually I just get a dune ready voucher (easier to get) and take my truck on the dunes with the quad in the bed.

Ok SLACKERZ, I booked a room for Friday and Saturday nite. Got super lucky...........They only had the double queen setup.... So if anybody needs a bed I got 1 for ya. You guys that are double stacked in a bed that may not be able to handle the groping, let me know.

1) Also I need to know for sure the Barkers can pass the DB's... I'm from Oklahoma, we don't care about that crap.

2) I'll bring Hot Dogs

3) This voucher thing, is that going to be a problem?

4) How much is a daily pass?

Im so excited I might just leave on Wednesday.

1.  Yes your barkers will pass just be easy on the throttle as you pass the gate..  I got checked with LTE's with old blown out packing and was 97 db no Quiet core.  YOU DO NEED A SPARK ARRESTOR..  They check everytime for a sparky except sometimes during the week..

3. The Voucher thing is no big deal.  The way i do it is as I leave the dunes i go get inline for the vouchers or if leave the dunes early just unhook the trailer and roll down to the voucher station..

4. Daily pass last year was $8 a day..  You need the ORV for the quad thats $16.25 I think.  You need a Daily pass for the truck and quad per day.

1) They really hardly EVER test for DBs, that being said, I (or Phucker) will have some Barker Quiet cores to sell (if Tim can't make it, but he says he will try to be there)
you MUST>> MUST>>MUST>> have a spark arrestor, (and we will have those also)

2) I am bringing the dogs.. but you could get the burgers (or I can.. I don't care)

3) Vouchers are NOT a problem, the place will not be full, Vouchers are easy to get in the morning or before they close the night before

4) Day passes are 6 bucks (or 24 for a yearly), they might be a touch more for out of state people (quick research reveals $8 daily and $29 annual)
you will need one for both the truck and the quad

I'm at the Sands too, but they said they couldn't put me next to you guys. If you can fix that please do. (reserv under Michael Caraker). I did get the Bluetraxx discount. I have one QC, I'll try to pick one up in the next few days if not I'll buy one from you when I get there. How many burgers you think? 40, 80, or what? I'll bring them. I can't remember are we doing 1 cook out or 2? If it's just one I'll bring a box of 40ish.
