i just benched 135 today and im 25lbs of from the school record

Press "Print Screen" on your keyboard.

Open program "Paint". In Paint, at the top where the tabs are, go to "Edit". Click "Paste".

After that, you may save the image "Save image as"  Example: Image.jpg

Done!
