I would go with the power commander.  Have it on my street bike and 

Exhaust wise, you need to ask yourself a few questions like I had to answer:
Dual or Single?
Where are you going to ride do they have noise regulations?
Full system or slip-on?
Are you going to do any engine modification?
Are you looking for performance or looks or a little of both?

I was in the same boat.  Good luck!! 

Also a intake system would work great with a power programmer and exhaust.  Just something to think about!!
