It doesn't look bad with the top out. I think they should have made it like the Corvette top that year. A removeable hard top.

+1 makes them more liveable in the cold seasons.

Luckily, it doesn't get too cold down here for long.

You could honestly drive a car like this for 8-9 months out of the year. Bad thing is the amount of sand and gravel they put on the roads in the winter. If it does get slick, they hammer the roads with shit. It results in rock chips and broken windshields.

That's why my shit will be in the garage until the roads are clear.

It is a nightmare to ride the motorcycle until well into May or until we get 2-3 really good rain storms... Sand everywhere. :(

I opted for the undercoating on the scion to shield her from all that sh*t

Except you have to CAREFULLY PLAN your car washes.. I learned the hard way w/ my old fury in high school, wanted her to look sweet for a school dance. (was takin a chick out after)

washed it, went straight to the dance (about 5 mins away)

locked the doors as I always do.

Dance is over.. about 0 outside.

couldn't get my car unlocked. Key Hole Froze shut :( :'( :'( :'(

They usually put sand on the roads, since there is an abundance of it due to the Arkansas River. The sand contains small rocks, and they wreak havoc on windshields and hoods.

Up in NW Arkansas, they do use chemicals on the roads (they get much more snow than us), and it tends to stain cars white, so I know what you mean E!
