same hear, but I'm not sure how to get the baffles out to get to the packing. Do I need to drill rivets out or something?

I was going to email barker and ask.  I'll post it up when I hear back.

I asked Tim about this when I bought mine, he said they should as long as you have them. He said that guy's with the original 660 pipe's were still running them.
So many upgrades, so little money.

But I know after 'x' ammount of hours you're supposed to change the packing. Ibelieve it was Dirt Wheels (maybe atv rider or quad.... )
That they did an artile and old packing can actually rob HP. ::)

I think that was Tim's way of saying "oh crap, I forgot to make the cans so you can get the packing out".   I will take a close look at the cans to see what can be done.

I called Tim in the spring of '06 & he said the same thing, packing will be fine.   I take it the Barkers don't easliy come apart?

I haven't looked closely at a set of Barkers, how are the end caps attached?
Even better, how about a pic?
