2001 Raptor Will not Start - Clicking Sound in Starter RElay ONly

My Newphew Bought a 2001 Raptor with a ton of work done to it, but for some reason It wouldt Start, Today I change I swapped all the electric parts from my raptor to his to see If we could isolate the problem,

We replaced the following: Starter, Handlebar swITCH sTARTER rELAY Regulator, Ignition Coil

I am Stumped Whay else could it be?????????????????????????

Please Help, Our local Bike shop Had it for Six week did do shit but Charged us $1100 for Changing the Oneway and Crank Cover

Any help or suggestion???????????

ground wire or other wire loose? battery showing high enough volts, may not be pumping enough amps due to too much draw. ???

Thanks , I was also thinking that the ground might be the issue.
 I left all of my parts in and took it to authorized Yamaha Dealership and told them it would not start and for them to analyze problem and let me know whats wrong.  I think the dealership charges $75.00 for this service.
