As in the title I was wondering if anyone had some info to share about this bike?

My dads been drooling over it for awhile now. He had an FJR back in the day and every time he sees one he wants it and gets a boner :rofl:

him and his friend would cruise at 130

I found this one, I need to do some paper work before lunch & should pick it up by Friday  :)

It was listed for sale for 1 day when I called.  I know nothing about bikes, this will be my 1st

yea the 2nd one should be exactly right. I woulda bought a smaller bike for a first bike but youll learn to respect it one way or the other :lol:

Only info I have: this is the bike I will buy next. :thumbs: Ready for touring...but not a goldwing sized behemoth yet. They come with auto clutch nowadays. Look for "AE" in the title of the bike. Weird...no clutch lever. 150+ hp. six speed and comforrtable. :thumbs:

I was browsing Yamaha's site & looking at the new "AE" until I saw the price, its more than I wanted to spend.   This 2005 is almost new yet with 6,300 miles. 

Note: Tomorrow I'm taking my motorcycle permit test, several hours before the test ride

I test drove the bike on Saturday & liked the feel of it but its a touch on the fast side for a beginner  :lol:  I need to be careful so I don't get a speeding ticket or a trip to the morgue.

I will be  picking up the bike on Monday  :clap:
