Will ALL YFZ arms and shocks fit the raptor 700????

I am obviously suspension shopping (hence all those pesky threads!). I totally forgot about the fact that the YFZ and 700 have some interchangable suspension parts.

1) What all on the front end transfers over??? IE>...Does ANY year YFZ a-arms fit any year 700?

2) what is the typical "long travel" length shock used on the raptor 700? Is it the same as what is used on YFZ LT setups? Seems like some (or most) yfz LT shocks are 18.5", is this about right?

I think I might be able to save a few bucks getting some lightly used YFZ a-arms if they will for SURE fit.

One thing that makes me think they WONT is, why wouldnt all manufactures advertise their YFZ arms for sale on the raptor 700? (like jansen...roll...etc etc etc). I saw some brands listed for the yfz I have never even heard of!

One thing I am unsure about...is I priced out houser long travel arms and came up with like 850 for LT +2 (not slicast). I found these on ebay...

4) I guess that means LT arms used off of a 2003-2005 yfz450 will NOT fit the 700?

They don't do anything different when it comes to the 700 and yfz450.

JD a-arms are the way to go!  (the ones that are listed for a YFZ450 2006 and up will work on your Raptor.)

3) So are these ^^ the only arms that fit all year raptor 700's then? No. Just the only kit that fits with the 700. Again if  you happen to buy 04-05 a-arms all you will have to exchange is the tie rods.

So here is a question.

If I purchase a set of Houser A-arms that come complete with tie rods and ends (originally meant for a 2004-2005 yfz450) will these bolt right up to the raptor 700?

Or would I need raptor 700 specific rod ends?

Thanks in advance for the help and that quote! You seem to be one of the nicer non/BS guys on the forums (dont need to mention names to infer some other vendors). I would love to give you my business on some fully adjustable motowoz, pending my final decision on A-arm route. TQS quoted me 1080 for fully adjustable (rebound/comp) piggy backs.

Can you also tell me how long the Motowoz LT shocks are?
