Check out Wrong Turn...I loved it.  It scared the shit out of my girlfriend...All I have to do is make chainsaw noises and do a crazy laugh and she gets scared...lol. 

As far as creapy as hell goes, get the new Texas Chainsaw massacre...that one freaked me out a little.  Definitely watch it in a dark room with good surround sound...really makes it better.

When ever our freinds have a big group ride we will call each other up and say chit like, "7 days" in our scariest voice.  Never gets old.
