talked to ortho after my crash (pic of wrist and arm before surgery added

The raptor plastic was scraped up good and broke subframe slightly find out more after surgery.

Now my self the ortho thought my shoulder will be ok in 6 weeks, my wrist on the other hand has to have a plate and screws put in it.  Tomorrow is the day  :'(.

it BLOWS....have 2 pins in my left wrist from falling 23 feet.  I still have problems to this day.  Only word of advice i have, do the physicla therapy as much as you feasibly can, pain and all.  I now have arthritis in my left wrist and Im only 32!!  Good luck, and rememeber, pain meds rock no matter what time it is.....
