AC Racing Problems?

hey all i was wondering if anybody else had trouble with their bumper or grab bar mounting up exactly perfect, i had to drill out the holes quiter a bit on the bumper and and on the grab bar i had to get longer bolts for the fronts because of dual exhaust and it just dont seeem to fit perfect???

It's not unusual for new body parts that aren't oem to not line up exactly.

colorado i'll post some up as soon as i get my digital camera i got one ordered so anybody interested in how i made it work stay tuned... and for anybody real curious i just kind of trimmed the left rear fender just a tad because it wasnt letting my rear fender sit down correctly on the brake light cover, and on th elonger bolts for the mufflers/thicker grab bar, i just went to lowes and got about a 1/8 inch longer bolt than what they sent and it worked perfectly  and as far as the front bumper i just drilled the top holes out a tad more because the angle of the bolt was going to strip my threads... ill post pics as soon as i can

On the YFZ forums nobody likes the AC products at all, maybe this carries over the the 700 too.

I had problems with my AC front bumper, but the only reason was due to me bending those stupid mount tabs when I had that stupid plastic piece of crap on.

Nerf bars mounted up real nice as well

or maybe your frame or subframe is tweaked a little bit.......

well if my frame is outta wack thatd suck cuz i havent had this 700 not even a month and i bought it new and put the bumper and grab bar within a few days? i just think they dont take enough time to make sure there holes line up perfectly

AC is pretty notorious for not fitting correct. I put a set of there nerf bars on my predator and I had to take a wratchet strap to them to make the holes line up correct.
