Why are they ugly?  Try riding down the road mid winter w/ out hand guards! :grin_nod:

It's a HUGE difference. plus even yesterday @ my race, my guards caught nearly all the mud my hands would have seen.

Just my opinion, thats all.  I just don't like the look.  And I don't plan on riding in the winter.  I'll be on a snowmobile then.  And my hands don't care about mud.

Bah. You don't ride in mud hardly (minus that one time in the peat bog )

It's all good  But in a race, I can't talk to much, but it was a lot better having my hands dry and mud free than soaked and slippery

I think if I was going to do a race like that then I MIGHT put them on for the race then take them off before I even got it on the trailer.

I'd be wasting money owning a snowmobile, winters here aren't what they used to be.

You got that right.. Until there's over say... 12" of snow... lol. I'd like to test paddles though, see how that goes this coming winter
