The ones I've seen mounted to the handle bar were extremely shaky due to vibration and such.  The helmet cams are good once you figure out where to aim them.

+1 I tried the wireless one on the bumper of the rappy as well as the handlebars.

bumper it'd shut off due to extreme vibration, and the handlebars was just wavy
