Glad to see some guys getting the brace. I wear so much gear it takes me about 15 to 20 minutes just to suit up. my deal is if I get hurt besides being as old as the dirt i am riding on we are 12 to 24 hours to get a medevac out. And laying in some clinic in a village in Baja is not on the top of my want to do lists.

Bringing this back to the top to see if the quality is as good with the EVS compared to the Leatt.   I have been looking at them since I crashed but I have not heard a comparison of the two.  The Leatt looks to be better quality in the pic just curious if anyone knows first hand.

I have not seen the EVS on the market yet. Months ago they had them in all the mags but they could not be ordered as they were not in production yet. I no nothing about the EVS other than is a lot less $ and the Alpine Star is going to be at least what the Leatt cost. As soon as the EVS is for sale I am going to get one for my son to try out then I can give a comparison on comfort and general feel. We will not do a crash test even for this forum!!! If any one knows where they can be purchased now not pre ordered please let me know. FR.

If I am looking at it correct there are some on ebay.

I would use caution as all the major web sites I checked were taking pre orders and do not have then in stock as of yet!!!
