Nice clean pad!!!!.....I was expecting a bunch of broken glass pipes on the concrete. :lol: I dig the yard man. I love a manicured lawn!

Are those red bud trees? I think those are awesome. They are all green down here now. No more purple blooms!

You got a helluva deal on the home! I bet it's worth more than that!

Home prices are ridiculously low here.

Love the redbud trees. Our town is nicknamed "city of redbuds" They are fu*king everywhere. Hate them when not taken care of, though. Definitely Gotta keep the lawn nice. Easiest thing you can do to make your home look nice...and cheapest.

Putting a deck on the entry this year.

It was worth more than that, we were thinking of refinancing and adding on...but then value dropped to 94. When bottom dropped out of the market.  :(

When you build yours, can I stay in the "young adult room"? bottom left :lol:
