i was looking at the wiring diagram again. You want to find a 10 amp fuse that has a brown/green wire on one side then goes to a red wire on the other side of the fuse. If that fuse is good i strongly feel it's the relay cluster. follow that brown wire then it ties to a  brown/green wire follow it to the relay you need to check. Good Luck

Ok so i tripple checked the fuses they are not blown. Some one on RF said to unplug the rectifier and see if it gets spark that didn't work either.

homestead, i have the manual but cannot find the relay your talking about. i know i should start at the fuse box but i get lost REAL fast...

I went out and looked at my bike for the relay. The only one I found without tearing apart everything to get at it was located back next to the fuse box under the seat. the top of the relay says OMRON. I couldn't get it lifted out to see if it had the wire colors you need to look for but try that one first then hunt around if there are any others. Just be patient you'll get it fixed. Atleast you are learning how to fix your own quad and you'll know how everything is laid out and put together.

I've got to give you props   some people just do even try. They will just take it to someone and pay to do everything and they never learn anything about what they own or are capable of doing.

i mean if i have people like you and others that give words of wisdom i will always try before taking it to some one. i appreciate all the help and am so close to breaking down:(.... tomorrow i will look ath what you said the OMRON, i will also take my ECU, Ignition coil, and rectifier and try them in my buddies 700.

thanks again, will report back soon

after reading 15+ threads over at RF on "ignition coil" i see that about 2 of all of them had an issue where if they took there ECU out some wires became loose and needed to be pushed back in. So i shoved all the wires into the harness as hard as possible and what do you know

SHE FIRED RIGHT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks everyone for the help. love you all... goodnight:)

awesome, i learned a few weeks ago that when all the lights flash everytime you take your finger off the starter button it means there is no spark...
