I have step by step pics of the process to change it out if you need them G.  Its not a hard project but sometimes it helps.

Posted in the how to section.  If i need to add pictures of the bolts that you need to remove on the plastic i can.  Just thought that part was self explanatory.

Installed mine today. Was pretty easy. Took about half an hour. Then again, I've also taken off my plastics so much I could do it blindfolded  8)

I really felt a difference in the steering. Extremely lighter.

For the record, this was my stem after less then 10 rides.
Notice the pitting. I've never seen such a highly used part so horribly designed for maintenence.
