Yep the X4 does really well even with a stock stroke and bore motor at 8500ft.  Its not too much like others were telling me.  Of course it would shine even more with a big bore motor.

That is correct exentix. velociraptor did my head and installed my X-4 cam.He told me the  X-2 is quicker reving like a 2-stroke. The 2 cams are the same,except the X-2 has tighter lobe separation which results in faster rev. All i know is my X-4 and mods really made this thing scream :thumbs: I did go back to my 14t front and it really makes a differance,because my bottom end didnt feel quite as strong as before. It is know though :lol: (devan29) on other forum
I think he had that backwards. The wider lobe separation and stupid installed intake centerline move the RPM up the scale. He may have meant that the X-2 was more responsive in the midrange. Our builds are starting with the X-4, and we have some NASTY cams in the works, that will make more power everywhere, bottom to top :grin_nod:

So the X-2 is more responsive in the mid range & the X-4 ..... ???  just pulls hard all the way to the top
