do any of you guys have or wish you had a muscle car? if so post of some vids of what you have or wish you had.
my all time dream car would have to be a 1970 dodge charger. ever since fast and the furious (the original) came out i have wanted one.
and just about every weekend i'm on youtube just watching videos of chargers. i know it's lame. :help:
but anyway i came (almost literally) across this video this morning. i know it's not a charger but still. :nana: :nana: :nana:

My dream car: 1970 LS6 454 Chevelle SS w/ a drop top and the functional cowl-induction hood. I think they made 14 of them ??? You can see them listed in Dupont Registry every now and then.

With the success of the new Chargers, I'm surprised Chevy never put out a new Chevelle...'course they probably woulda made it stupid like the Impalas.....
While overseas in the military, my dad ordered a Mustang Mach 1 and had it waiting for him when the tour was over. But got rid of it during the gas crisis. Would have been my first car, but instead, I got a 79 Ford Fiesta. :(
this is what i should have learned to drive in:

Instead, I got this bright yellow zonker

Love the Mach 1 Peels.
Being a Ford guy, there are several that speak to me, but this has to top the list.

very nice Russ. Gotta have the Cobra on the list.
My buddies dad is a Mustang freak. Last I knew, he had like 18 of them. Coolest one he has is a 302 Boss in Grabber orange, but he has a real nice Mach 1 as well. Also a '94 Pacecar with a Kenne Bell blower on it. A few are just kind of boring like the '96 V6 convertible, but most are pretty cool, or at least have potential.
I would love a 1969 Camaro SS
All you need is a mullet, and guns and roses patch on your jean jacket!
the ultimate teenage muscle car

Not a good pic btu here is mine. I bought it when I was 15 and drove it all through high school. It has been diven about 50 miles per year since. Not a great pic, need to get some more soon.
Well its not a muscle car.. but ive had it since i was 16. Still looks kinda tough anyways :P
Its my '78 Ford Granada! (Grandma) Dream car? Id hafta agree with russ and say the BOSS 429 Mustang!
i never loved old muscle cars, so i would want an 03-04 cobra. and out of all the ls1/2/3 powerplantso ut there, it would have to be the gto. i love that car

Holy Shit !? The kid lives !!
Mine would be a 1967 Chervrolet Corvette Stingray, with an L88 427 that was rated at 550hp. Only twenty such engines were placed in the 1967 Corvette, and the cars can fetch US$1,000,000 or more.

Here is a pic of my father in law's 4 year build that he just sold to start another one. Was a very nice truck.
This is a picture of my current car. Had it for almost 11 yrs. Its a 66 SS Nova factory 4 sp car, it currently has a 408sbc 420hp, 100 shot juice, and belive it not the it was last painted in 1975. Added cowl hood, wheels, interior stock, CPP A-arm front-end. Just enjoy driving.

He is now doing a pro street 72 chevy short wide, i will send some pics when i get out there to take them. The color on that 56' was a very bright metallic silver with a rasberry pearl in it, and the flames were all hand drawn by him before it was painted. The door panels had the flames continued on the inside and the air tank in the bed for the air bags also had the flames.

Awesome.
I like the fact he didn't chop the top on that truck. It looks really nice!

He has been building cars for a long time and did everything to the truck himself with a little help here and there from me(just as a little muscle most of the time) the only thing he didn't do is lay the paint down. He sold his wifes 65 SS chevelle convertible for 40,000 to buy a new ski boat, and he actually sold that 56' to a doctor in L.A. for 35,000. Doctor had it two days and he was going to have the exhaust run different or something and the mechanic was pulling it onto the rack and didn't air the bags up and tore the front valance and the entire rack and pinion off of the frame he hit so hard. Its getting fixed now.

Wow. His rides bring good money!
Sucks about the truck. I would NEVER allow my own ride to be put on a lift that attaches to the body. We have an rack that is used for alignments I drive up on here at work that I request if I need to lift my car. Too many places don't take precautions and can easily damage stuff. If I was that doctor, I'd be pissed!!!

That truck is pretty ill too !
My pops restored a 56 2 dr Chevy Wagon that turned out pretty nice, and he's currently in the middle of working on a 68 (?) Chevelle Malibu. I'll try and get some pics up at some point.
I haven't realy said what I want.. I had a 66' Coronet 440 (with a 318poly inside). Just sold it and got a 46 Chevy Truck body only. Going to be working on a rat project.

If money were no object, something like this would be my daily driver. :nana:
^----- I SECOND THAT!!!! 110% Very SEXY cars!! :nana: :nana:
i own my dream car, and its a 69 GTO. Too bad its gonna be a 20k loan day when i take it into the body shop, and buy online goodies. but i do not want to make the car original, i have a fully built 454 for it and i believe 500hp is more than enough for a street car with a M22 tranny in it  big rims, EFI, and a custom interior will be a must 8)
My dream car is this ('66 Dodge Charger) - which I own - but finished. It never will be though because then I'd be too scared to drive it anywhere. I can drive it when/wherever now.
The body style was only made for two years before it became the General Lee so body parts are hard to find. Add to that there have been four generations of teenage drivers on the road since. No offense, to the youngins' on the board. It's just that I was a teenager once and know what I did.
Great looking ride!!!!!
