same hear, but I'm not sure how to get the baffles out to get to the packing. Do I need to drill rivets out or something?

I was going to email barker and ask.  I'll post it up when I hear back.

I asked Tim about this when I bought mine, he said they should as long as you have them. He said that guy's with the original 660 pipe's were still running them.

But I know after 'x' ammount of hours you're supposed to change the packing. Ibelieve it was Dirt Wheels (maybe atv rider or quad.... )
That they did an artile and old packing can actually rob HP. ::)

I think that was Tim's way of saying "oh crap, I forgot to make the cans so you can get the packing out".   I will take a close look at the cans to see what can be done.

I haven't looked closely at a set of Barkers, how are the end caps attached?
Even better, how about a pic?

Sorry I missed this..

Yes there's a Db limit.. 96Db... :puke:

I had to buy the quiet cores. They said they'll fudge it 1.5 on the extreme end. So. That's nice.

I  havent' repacked my exhaust, it makes me nervous.   We'll see what happens

You will have to drill the rivets in order to get the endcap off. You shouldn't need to repack it though the packing comes in what looks like a pillow that is rolled around the center tube. Unless you do damage to the pillow it should not come out. The pillows run $22 each if you do need to replace them.
