Finally worked up the nerve to work on the bike Saturday night. Thought I'd toss on the exhaust and chain, nice simple hour or two of work. NOOOOOO!!! Sparks changed their design a little and its just enough to screw me. Header hit the oil tank by a good 1/4". Take it back off, shim & shave the tank. Up to a whopping 1/8" clearance now
Broke the chain to length, got the masterlink put in and for some stupid reason the carrier doesnt like to rotate in the swingarm. I threw some tools, drank a beer and said FERK it for the night!!!
