   It is funny. Do you pay guzzler tax on it? Ironically, my truck has 2.6 liter 4 cyl, but only manages 19 mpg due to weight and having the drag coefficient of a brick.  

It's all about being able to keep your foot out of the throttle...Or wrist in my case. I can see 50 mpg on my bike, but...I never do. Usually 30-40. :grin_nod:

Gas guzzler on the Viper was reduced from $3000 to $1700 this model year.

There's even a gas guzzler tax on the Challenger!

I think the large displacement, heavy cars will be fading soon with the much ballyhooed energy crisis. A high power machine doesn't have to be inefficient. Make it lightweight and aerodynamic.
