Computer help

I need some help picking out a resonable computer..........
I don't want a high end gaming computer.........just something to browse the web, work on Word and Excel download music and videos....

fast processor is probably a plus.
2 TB storage........
CD burner

I'll edit and add more stuff If i think of any.

Oh and I'm not that good at building and installing software so building it is a neg.............
I probably could but would require a lot of help and guidance as far as what to purchase.

I believe he builds and fixes computers...maybe if he crawls out from under his rock, he could help you.....?
