I should be in the market for one after I get out of the Navy next Sept. if all goes right... should have atleast 30 grand saved... so hopefully i can start something and get it running and build off that

I just dumped over 50 grand into my last shop and doesn't look like I dumped $500 into it. That's why I'm starting to think my budget 150 grand for a bar isn't going to be enough. $30 grand, I can't Imagine.... I just spent $19,000 on the sign for my building alone. I was going to lease a building and start from scratch, but after doing that on my current business, I'm out. So I'm looking for a bar that's already established. I'd happily pay to play.

These are classy high end male specific salons that are starting to pop up which cater to the guys who can afford it.  I watched a special on a cable channel and wanted to go.  They had a poker table, pool table, cigar lounge and of course a bar.  Theres something about a straight razor shave that screams "I'm the shit!"  The only thing that could make it any better would be strippers dancing on the barber poles.  (maybe not)  So if there's a bunch of rich pretentious fuks where you live, or just some wealthy men who know what they like....
