This sounds awesome, we always go twice a year anyway, may as well go when there are a bunch of cool like-minded people on the best bikes in the world out there!

I wouldn't say I'm "like-minded" with any of these yayhoos!
Krandall: "peelz. I'll be real with you. As much as I hate on you for soccer, I really don't mind it"

There was some talk of moving it back down to the State campground, anymore talk of that?

I'd be in favor for a couple reasons , less dust, cheaper and closer to the showers but correct me if I'm wrong you cannot reserve sites?

I stayed at both  south camp more car &truck traffic    more rangers,  closer to showers,  no reserved site,  closer to the gate
lsps camp more pavement to ride to get to the gate, reserved site, more relaxeing room for a large group

Yep there are several pros and cons to each.

Personally I (we) got tired of having everything covered in dust all the time and the long pavement rides.

I know the dust doesn't affect everyone the same but for those of us in tents it kinda sucked.

It will be in the same place as the first year. Just south of the south entrance. First come first served, no rsvp... I will try to hold down 10 or so campsites. It's going to be a repeat of the first year, except 100 people vs 25.
