i e-mailed brain when things started to get worst. i didn't know weather he told you guys or not.

i got the house and farm for 180k --- broken down to 140k to pay off mortgage. 40k to her as a buy out. joint on everything with the kids. psy. to her. we keep all our personal belongings. no child support,50/50 on the kids expenses. no allamoney (she makes more then i do). Now all i have to do is remortgage and pull 40k out of my ass
