The bolt that goes from the nerf and what the brake lever pivots on.

Is there a bushing inbetween those to keep the brake lever from being pinched between the frame and the nerf bar?

Not currently but the brake moves up and down I feel like it might be on the cylinder to much or somethin like maybe I twisted that bolt or whatever for the rear brake

If you look closely the jam nut on the bottom of the brake resivor cylinder right where it attaches to the brake lever is loose.  I bet that's your problem there.

Did you mess with that at all?
