@Aaron.

This is the funyunized rappy.

I know mine had problems starting in the cold, I think I had to hook a jumper to it maybe 2 different times (the real cold stuff).

Next thing I'd go onto is swapping the plug out and checking the TPS? Thoughts?

you bought an atv from funyun?  Why?

 JK.

fouked plug? Did somebody mess with the AF screw? I have had a problem or two when the weather changes.
Krandall: "peelz. I'll be real with you. As much as I hate on you for soccer, I really don't mind it"

Johny_Ringo

I'm thinkin I'm gonna stop and get a plug on my way home today and drain the gas put new gas in and well see what happens after that I guess, unless anyone else has some cheap ideas

those are the 2 easiest things to start off with.

I'm really leaning towards the TPS though, especially since it's basically 100% stock.

TPS is on the side of the throttle body, big black box with 2 security screws.

What should it approximately be set at? Any ideas

It should read .067-.070 volts from the middle (yellow) wire on the plug with key on. the one that is shown is from a power commander tap, the factory plug is plugged in lower.

Edit- rechecked spec and it is 0.63 ~ 0.73 V (yellow-black/blue wires)

Krandall

Do you have a voltmeter?

You'll need one to test it. if you hvae everything off to get the power commander hooked up, it'll be easy to test.

Negative on the volt meter but I can pick one up, so should I try to fix this problem now or should I just put on the power commander pipes and intake with the map for it and see what happens ????

So I put it on the charger she blinked at me after 10 mins over 80% so I said wth one more time LOL and it started right away and threw out some smoky exhaust for a good min then ran and sounded fine gas i let it run for about 5 mins shut it off would have rode it but cant still missing the castle nut. turned it off let it sit for 10 secs and it started right up well see what happens in a few hours I guess
