This is probably going to piss someone off, but 08 your the middle man here if I was the one in Pat's situation I wouldn't be dealing with you I would be your boss, he is the purchaser. Do you know if he hasn't contacted him. If he said he was going to take care of it he will, but I sure as hell wouldn't be dealing with you on this matter.

I completely understand why 08 is involved.  If I gave my word that someone can be trusted, and that person betrays that trust....I WILL be involved.  Also, 08 is already on these forums that Pat communicates on frequently, and is known on, 08's boss is not (as far as I know).  Therefore, I see 08's postion clearly.  Pat, you need to communicate how you are getting the ball rolling.  It may not be an overnight solution, but a plan of action needs to laid out for the quad owner.

Sorry for the delayed response, been pursuing some avenues plus working. I'm gonna post up what exactly I have planned as far as getting this rectified tomorrow after I get some more information. I will also send a PM tomorrow after work

To update everyone- I have been working my ass off and putting in extra hours, plus I have borrowed and collected on some debts, so there will be a big payment this week at the very least. I have also applied for some personal loans at local banks and am awaiting approval/non approval notices. I will be devoting all of my resources to getting this taken care of as soon as possible. I will keep 08rap up to date as soon as I hear anything concrete. Also I have some parts that I am selling but promised them to some people so I am awaiting their responses.

Sorry for the delay on this again, I've been staying later at work then contacting some people that owe me money here. It's been hard to get as much as I want cause of the holidays especially christmas being saturday, but I am slowly but surely getting it done

I do understand that it has been over a year since he sold the quad to your boss. But he is trying to do things as fast as he can.

It's just frustration Dick.  It's been a year, and never should have needed to be taken to the forums for resolution.  I bet if you or I were in his shoes, we'd feel about the same.
