I REALLY like rosewill power supplys. Most have a hi and low for fan controll when under heavy use just crank up the fan.

I don't have time to reply to everything you're looking at. But I would suggest checking out: www.TigerDirect.com and looking at some of their barebone systems to build off of.. New egg is great as well, but I've found Tiger has way better deals for package/barebone systems.

I agree, NewEgg's RMA i amazing. they are quick and friendly. I would put Tiger at a close 2nd.
