Piston Weights

Weights stated below include piston, rings, clips, and wrist pin.

Stock piston setup is 535-540 grams

JE 12.5:1 102mm = 487.7 grams
JE 10.75:1 105.5mm = 490 grams
JE 12:1 105.5mm = 506.8 grams
Venom 14.25:1 105mm = 521 grams
CP 11:1 102mm = 524.9 grams
CP 12:1 105mm = 533 grams
Wiseco 11:1 103mm = 535.4 grams
CP 11:1 102mm (corrected deck height) = 545 grams
RE 14:1 102mm Lightweight = 545 grams
CP 13:1 105mm = 554-559 grams
RE 14:1 105mm Lightweight = 575-579 grams
Barkers Diamond 14:1 105mm = 596 grams

the NEW 11:1 CP 102 bore are about 5 grams heavier then stock on my scale...

Wow. 17 grams heavier than the old version? Sounds like they added quite a bit of material to get it corrected deck height.  ???

yes, stock weighed 535-540 and the cp 545...

they added the material to the top of the piston to bring it up .030 from before

I noticed the three 105 bore 13:1 pistons I weighed were 554, 556, and 559. So there is definitely an acceptable +/- allowance for them, but this does give a good general idea.
