Power commander issues

I have 3 raptor 700's , all heavily modded . 2 work great with power commanders
but the third one gives an engine light error and refuses to start with the pcm usb III . I know the power commander is OK , cus I bought a new one , and it was the same. Is it  likely to be an ecu issue or a wring issue ?

The power comander is on sale on ebay , please see me for sale post , also cylinders , a head , crank , loads  of shocks , a arms...  bout 20 items.

Any help greatly apreciated.

Did you see if you got the injector plug mixed up with the map sensor? It's a common mistake some people make cause the 2 plugs look the same...

What is the light error you get?

Yellow engine faiure light.  I dont think I got the plugs wrong , but will check

If you watch the light, it will flash a certain number of slow flashes and a certain number of faster flashes. Could you count each one? How many slow and how many fast

I kinda think that it just stays on stady. but I will check tomorrow
