quick modern warfare 2 question.

i'm playing on PS3, i have just entered prestige(sp) mode, and i'm wondering why it takes me a long time to catch an air drop crate. the only reward that seems to load up fast for me is the sentry gun. whats the deal here? it's been like this since i've been playing i'm just wondering if anyone else has this issue?

yes i know we have a mondern warfare thread already but it's apparently buried back a few pages. and i couldn't find it.

Do you mean that you call in an air drop and it takes forever to hit the ground so you can pick it up?

after it hits the ground, it takes me forever to pick it up. especailly if it's the other teams air drops. i could beat a enemy to there crate and start picking it up and then he runs up and beats me picking it up then kills me. whats the deal with that?

It takes longer to secure a drop from an enemy vs your own. (I believe this is the same if it's a teamates as well)

its way fast to pick up your own drops though.

Yea it think its suppose to be like that. So if you get like an emergency air drop you dont get completely cleaned out.

I play whenever but I work 1 to midnight sunday thru wedsnday so usually ill play bit more on my days off.

i ushally play saturday and sunday morning, and sometimes after work during the week.

Your own airdrop shouldn't take forever. Idk I'm an Xbox guy but I wouldn't think it's different? Your enemies and teammates crates are supposed to take awhile like stated before.
