If your suspension is near OEM height you should be ok on the wheel wells in the s-10.  My 660 fit fine in the back of my fleetside s10 with a +2 swingarm and +1 forward a-arms with yfz front shocks and flipped rear link, so it works with a slightly lowered atv as well.  I did not have a bedliner.

I wasn't worried about the length of any of these with a stock or +2/3 length, only about the width as stepside trucks lose quite a bit of width in the bed.
