If you even get your motor back together before I do I will fly up there and drop another bolt in your motor!

Hey Bo,

This is what John was talking about... Looks weird. (way weird)

I don't think it's a crack in all honesty.. Is it possible for a bubble to be in the original casting? ???

Think it's something to be worried about. worth taking to a shop and having filled or run it?
If you want big res pics let me know.

i didnt see bo to tell him to come here randi but i thought i would give you my thoughts on it. would need better pics to be  sure but it  looks like a stress crack that probably happened after it was ported, like a flaw in the metal in the casting. without seeing bigger pics i would say you might want to get it fixed, a crack like that when heat cycled will get bigger and bigger. i cant tell if it is a crack or just a bubble. if it is just a bubble and bo did see it i am sure it is just fine to run. i mean you could fix it for about 10 bucks, just stop at a welding shop and have them throa tack on it then tough it upwith a dremel or whatever tools you have. btw thats a pretty damn good looking port :thumb:

VelociRaptor

Ive seen that before and believe I seen it in your port now that I see the pic. Its the casting line. Like I told ya on the phone, a select few of the casting lines in the divider are pretty deep and seems to not even meet together.

Krandall

Here's the high res pics. just linking since they are fookin huge!
