ok guys is this something that is going to really benefit me being that I'm stock besides my exhaust and fuel box?  Do i just splice it in to my Crankcase evac hose i'm not even sure?

The Evac valve will help you bike in upper RPMS, and helps the oil life.  And yes, it goes on the crankcase hose
