Make sure to watch him in the summer gunny.  My husky had a real problem with the heat.  I sure miss her.

Can you shave them to help them out?  Not sunburn-short of course.  I knew a lady that buzzed her Chow.  Those are some stocky looking dogs.

You can take them in to a groomer and they can thin it out.  They have two coats so you have to get as much out as you can for the summer.

Had a Belgian Sheepdog many moons ago.  Cool dog, very protective of the family and the yard.  He'd go ripping across the yard out of the blue and people would ask what he was chasing because there would be nothing in sight.  "See that airplane up there?"  No way!  "Yep, he's chasing it."  I live within the flight pattern an airport so if there were no cars to chase he'd go after airplanes.

I know a chick with a pitbull.  He'll be laying there then rip a fart.  His head will jerk around and he'll look back like "what the heck was that?!?"

Same here for chasing airplanes.  It's hilarious, they tear off after the plane and stop at the fence and bark their heads off.  Then they come prancing back to the house like "Did you see that thing run away when we chased it?  We're the tuffest four legged idiots this side of peels."

I have a 120lb blue APBT he's dual registered UKC and ADBA. He's goofy though thinks he's a person wants in the car,bed,couch,chairs,and hates dog food. He'd ride the rappy if I let him. His dad ripped the rear tires off when it was brought home,they never went for a real ride. First mod ITP XCR's via Bubba. Now Juggers it's short for Juggernaut. That exactly what he grew into. Hydee his moms only 55lbs his dad is 75lbs. I often wander how how he got so damn big.

Thats a cool dog ... except for the farting part. 

I thought the farting part was one of the dogs qualities???   If he was sitting under that counter crop dusting all day and people would think that was me it would be awesome.
