I seriously disagree with these 2 states. First off Wyoming is nothing but a bunch of broken hearted cowboys, the only the thing that would put it on this list is all the "well off" tourist from other states. Second Maryland, WTF are you serious? These people want to kill everybody around them aaaaaaand they're scared to death too. Only good thing about Maryland is Cumberland and its creepy good.
