In a russian liquor warehouse, a forklift driver hits the gas in reverse and plows into a warehouse rack filled with liquor, causing a domino effect that brings down half the warehouse. There was over a hundred thousand dollars in damage. The driver survived. No report if he is still employed.

ERMAHGERD! memories.  :) I drove a forklift for years for a WalMart distribution warehouse. One lovely morning, I lifted a stack of empty pallets too high and nailed a fire sprinkler. 8000 gallons of water in 2 minutes all over. Oh...it was the toilet paper/papertowel area. spitwads anyone? oh stagnant water too. They hadn't cleaned the lines in 5 years

Nice fail there!  :nana: And the forklift guy in the vid  ???

I know all about busted sprinkler heads...I've seen a few get broken and it always sucks...And they never clean the sprinkler lines. As long as it's wet they don't care wtf's in it, so imagine 15 year old water....

I worked @ menards in my home town for 3 years and got to see a few accidents here and there. (a full block of 2x4s (like....500) the bands some how broke while up in the air to be stacked. and all fell down. No one was injured. The BEST one I got to see was.. I worked in hardware. So we didn't get to drive forklifts. but after closing, if the lumber dept needed help our managers would go help them out on forklift.. Well. Lumber deptartment takes care of all of the drywall stuff as well. My manager (canadian... )  was putting up a palet of overstock somethin or other.. Where it was being put up, it was 2 racks back to back in the air so, there was a pallet of soething  on the otherside of where he was putting his pallet.  Well... he pushed his to far in. and knocked the other pallet over. which took 2 other pallets with it...180 gallons per pallet of white drywall
primer paint. They estimated roughly 400 gallons of it total was on the floor.

Nice work!
I have done a lot of work in one of the local breweries.
The forkhoist operators had this system going where they would get 5-6 pallets of beer lined up in an asile, then with a 7th on the forks, bulldoze the whole "train" of pallets to the other end of the (very large) warehouse.
One day as one was going full speed along an asile, another hoist backed out from between 2 rows of pallets as the first went past.
both hoists went over, & so some of the stacked pallets in the rows on both sides were hit as well!
Estimated 12-15 pallets of beer down the drain!
2 damaged hoists,
& 2 injured drivers

If you love beer, never work in a brewery, you would not believe HOW MUCH beer goes down the drain!
I was replacing all the pneumatics on a palletising machine in that brewery at the time that accident happened.
There were 2 palletisers together, & the one I wasn't working on at the time (I did them both up) would have regular jambups as a case or 2 of beer got out of position as they were feeding into the machine.
The solution was for one operator to start throwing cases of beer into the skip 2 stories below, while another sorted out the cause of the jambup!
Enough to make you cry I tell ya  :'(
