No sorry bro, different electrical setup. Unless Hefe says otherwise.

For $45 shipped so long as it's the same bulb I'm sure he can work it out .   He might just need to build a relay harness and have the tail light trigger the relay.

04-09 non-Efi 450's and raptor 700 have the same lights...they're interchangable
