Had to get off work early yesterday. ended up selling the first motorcycle (1100) put it on craigslist @ about 1:00pm. had a text @ 1:30 saying he'd take it no questions basically. lol

It was one of those projects where I just don't have the time right now to do it. We got a bike for Lydia to ride. I'm focused on getting the rappy goin now.

I got a 78' XS1100 given to me from 'Bert' on here. About 2 years ago. Full intention of fixing it up and letting lydia drive it. Well, I put a chunk of money into it (about $800.) and I still wasn't done. I took it to a shop last summer told them get it running. We got it running last fall. Took it apart  to have the tank and side covers painted. (from my bro) got them painted and it sat all winter. Between snowboarding and riding the rappy. never really got the time or energy to finish it. Well, Wife was gettin on my case about 2 months ago to finish it. and I looked on craigslist one day. Found a 80' XS400 with 6400 original miles and it looked brand new for $700. Picked that up the next day and the 1100 has been sitting ever since. Decided I'd rather have cash in the pocket vs the bike just sitting in the garage taking up space.

so.. for a couple months. Yes. I did have 2 motorcycles.

WOOT! made $350 on the town wide yard sales 

really thinking hard about buying a boat. Neighbors have a 2004 bayliner 175 for sale. Like no hours. they only want $4500. I see them on the web anywhere from $5500-$8500 It is in outstanding condition.

Any advice?

The BMW will actually go round corners, & have real brakes........
No, the BMW won't be hell fast, but at least it doesn't look like an aircompressor on wheels!
