lets take the high ground gents, no need for a forum war.  They may not respect our rides, but that doesn't mean we should lower our own conduct to their level.

IMO, they're losing out on quality members that could share good info.

Wow, that site is full of haters. They are acting like children, the mod is the biggest kid of all.

The entire post was just fine, he didn't flame any 2 strokes, he just posted good info in a off topic section.ALL the negative is made by the people that would have posted hate after, and those types are just asshats. If they had open minds they would not have to say anything negative at all and just say, "nice #'s , good tuning" There was no reason  that the thread would even need to go negative. Just a bunch of jerks that are acting like idiots. I know i'll never vist that website again. I'll stay here where we all act like ADULTS. I'm glad we're not a bunch of jerks like that, that's just imbarrasing to the offroad world. I thought riding was about getting togeather with friends no matter what they had.  too much hate in this world and it's just getting worse.
When people act like that about stuff like atvs and bikes and are that closed minded it makes me think they would act like that towards other races or anything for that matter.  I don't have time for people like that. I'm dissapointed in that whole community. I guess the best way to never have to discuss 4 strokes is just ban any that join.

also i forgot to mention the main reason i went to a 2 stroke website, Angus (my dyno guy) mainly works on 2 strokes, so i was just tryna get his rep up in his "2 stroke world" the guy bores cylinders, balances, TIG welder, has 3 dynos. This guy really knows his stuff and has a bad ass garage!

I was very close to joining in as well, but agreed, im taking the high road. My roommate was a YZF guy. It was always 2-strokes vs. 4-strokes. Dirtbikes vs. quads. Always raving about his 2-stroke. (me just smiling cause I have a video of me stomping his bike at the track.) Then one day he comes to me and says "Dude, I need a 4-stroke to moto. They are phasing out 2-strokes" And "A 4-stroke would be better on the trails so I quit crapping plugs and doing rebuilds" I never fought back cause I love my quad, I love it being 4-stroke. Despite him always starting  shit I took the high road, and nothing stings harder than mid rant in the living room I play that video and skip to the end where he see's his lap time and he falls into a heep of despair as he loses to 500 pounds of awesome. Theres no point fighting because the guy who starts the shit usually eats it too.

I still gotz much love for the banshee. It is what got me into this sport. One 70mph ride through the cornfield, I was hooked. Got off handed it back to my friend and said "guess I am done with utilities, getting a sport quad" 1 month later came the 660. 2 years later, the 700.



DOn't understand the actual hatred between bikes. It is all for fun here. I rag on YFZ guys too, but honestly, I like 450's, and would consider one if I needed a new quad.  Fanboy or not.
