It's for the Regular Ballast.

I might have to put the relay on mine, was trail riding yesterday and one kept going off...They both work fine when I first turn em on but I think they draw a lot of current or the ballast was getting knocked around pretty good on whoops and jumps.

I had to get the relay. mine was doing the same thing. called up the guy and the very next day it was sitting in the mail box.  no more problems after that.
